The Lake District is a vast area and is the largest National Park in England. It has many Lakes, with Windermere being the longest at over 10 miles, while Wast Water is the deepest at 250 feet. Ullswater is the second largest lake and is the closest to Penrith.
We can take you on tour of any of the mentioned lakes or any other that you may wish to visit, for which there are many more. Keswick, Glenridding and Patterdale are popular with walkers as are the Buttermere and Ennerdale valleys. No matter where you wish to go, Abbey Taxis will do their best to meet your requirements, we can stop off for you to take pictures or visit local attractions or events.
